How do we spark meaningful interest in INVEST activities? How can we effectively communicate its value and engage our target audiences?
This interactive online training dives into the art and science of pitching — the skill of presenting ideas clearly, concisely, and persuasively. Through expert input, concrete models, and hands-on teamwork, participants will learn how to craft impactful pitches tailored to different audiences.

1. Defining customer need in for INVEST activities
-    Want-problem -model
-    Three dimensions of customer need: functional, social, pleasure/pain
2. Applying marketing and sales funnel thinking in INVEST promotion
-    Customer need – awareness – interest – evaluation – buying -delivery model
-    Conversion rate, cost-effectiveness
3. Use of behavior change frameworks as tool for engaging students and staff members in INVEST activities.
-    Fogg behavior model: motivation, ability, trigger
-    Temporal motivation theory
4. Impact of body language and other subconscious factors. 
5. Group work
