The University of Milano-Bicocca is a young university established in the old Pirelli factory that turned into a state-of-the-art complex encompassing modern research laboratories, expansive study areas, and communal areas for students. The university campus is unique to Italy, with 28 buildings spread across Milan, Monza, and the Maldives. It welcomes over 32,000 students at the University of Milano-Bicocca alone. It is a multidisciplinary University with three major schools in Economics and Statistics, Law, Medicine, and Surgery and departments in Biotechnology and Biosciences, Physics, ICT, the Environment, and Educational sciences. Bicocca with borders entering into various agreements with European and non-European universities reflects an inclusive university that shares, respects, and protects diversity, as one of its main values.
