NEWS FROM SLOVAK UNIVERSITY OF AGRICULTURE IN NITRA

On March 14th, 2024, representatives of SPU had a fruitful discussion with Róbert Zsembera, the State Secretary of the Ministry of Education, Science, Research, and Youth of the Slovak Republic. They delved into crucial topics including the university's current position, scientific research infrastructure development, education, and collaboration with the ministry.

SUA Rector, Klaudia Halászová, proudly presented our university as innovative and environmentally conscious. She highlighted key components such as the Agrobiotech Research Center, the newly constructed Creative Center, and our involvement in the European university project INVEST. This groundbreaking project aims to fortify the bond between education, research, innovation, and knowledge transfer. We're thrilled to lead this consortium in Slovakia!

The State Secretary commended our university's activities and focus, especially our successful projects. He expressed continued support for the European university project INVEST, recognizing its significance for our academic community and beyond.
