Assoc. Prof. Klaudia Halászová, PhD., Rector of the SUA in Nitra is a Rector of the Slovak University of Agriculture in Nitra since 2018. In her previous career she operated as a vice-dean for study affairs, later as a dean of the faculty of Horticulture and Landscape Engineering. In her professional educational and scientific field, she is an experienced professional for landscape planning and environmental elements. Her extensive project management experiences in fields such as research and innovation in the field of green economy and food industry, Food incubator, developing elements of green and modern infrastructure or construction of the Environmental Center as a unique space for the popularization of climate topics - brought numerous benefits for the SUA in national as well as in international context. She has been granted a wide range of awards and is actively participating in numerous scientific and professional councils.
