Wellbeing, Resilience and Psychological Strategies for the Future Professional Life is a course aimed at developing key transversal competences related to mental health, resilience and personal sustainability. The course addresses wellbeing as a core skill for employability, lifelong learning and professional development in international and rapidly changing environments. Participants will gain evidence-based knowledge on psychological wellbeing, stress management, emotional regulation and resilience, with a special focus on current challenges such as digital wellbeing, uncertainty and burnout prevention. By the end of the course, learners will have acquired practical psychological strategies to enhance their wellbeing and adaptive capacity, supporting healthier academic and professional trajectories, aligned with the values of the INVEST European University Alliance. The Webminar will be in English language.

- Understand psychological wellbeing from a scientific and applied perspective.

- Develop resilience strategies to cope with academic and professional stress.

- Apply evidence-based psychological techniques for self-care and prevention.

- Integrate wellbeing as a key competence for employability and personal sustainability.
