INVEST STAFF MOBILITY: SHARING WELL-BEING PRACTICES BETWEEN KARELIA UAS AND UNIVERSITY OF MILANO-BICOCCA

From November 11 to 15, 2024, Leena Hiltunen, Student Welfare Officer and Special Teacher at Karelia University, joined the first INVEST staff mobility at the University of Milano-Bicocca. This Erasmus visit highlighted student welfare, inclusivity, and international collaboration within the INVEST University Alliance.

🔹Collaboration with Professor Silvia Mari, coordinator of WP3 on student well-being within INVEST at Bicocca.
🔹Learning about Life Design Psy-Lab, an innovative career guidance initiative.
🔹Exploring the FISU Healthy Campus Project, a tool for enhancing campus well-being.
🔹Discussions on student mental health with the Psychological Counseling team, addressing rising demands for support.
